First time doing a ceramic coating for our new Skoda Octavia 2021. Goh spent the time to explain the details of the process, time it took (approx 5 to 6hours) for a full coat including windows and interior vacuum.He even showed me some scratches from previous polishing that was done that I couldn't even notice myself, and it looked properly glossy in the end. He shared care instructions with me clearly too.Would definitely return, thanks Goh and team!

After reading through many positive reviews, decided to take a chance and have the car's ceramic coating done at GK Detailing. No regrets so far. Decided to go for full exterior PPF plus interior PPF on the center console of my new G01. During the PPF installation, there was a very small defect on the front passenger door due to glue defect on the PPF which Mr. Goh promptly remove the whole sheet to replace the entire door PPF. What can I say more? Excellent workmanship and equally excellent PPF material. The same front passenger door got doors by another car while i was in the car a few days later. Thought it would have left a mark on the PPF as it was quiet loud but there was nothing on the PPF, as if nothing happened :). Reason why I gave 4 star in outlet experience was not because of lacking in positive experience but for the weird reason I had to replace my new car's battery after the PPF was done. BMW told me that it was left in immobilization mode (something was draining the battery excessively like the lights or radio when the engine is not ON) during the period when PPF was being applied. Mr. Goh assured me that none of these happened because there's no reason to turn on all these when applying PPF which logically speaking make sense. Unfortunately BMW said that it's NOT covered under warranty because the battery was damaged due to these long period of immobilization which is weird to me that a battery meant for 3-4 years would be damaged in the few hours of immobilization. Anyway, Mr. Goh took responsibility and offered to split the battery cost with me. Despite this, I would still visit go to them for PPF in the future.

Chance about GK detailing while searching for Ceramic Coating. I was wondering why there are so many good review and decided to give them a try which really didnt disappoint me. Mr. Goh and his Team are very professional who does not hard sell and is very open on the product they use.At first, I was determine to take up their Prestige Package but after explaining the procedure of work + the Pros and Cons of a Ceramic Coating by Mr. Goh. I went ahead with their Diamond Package as i felt his honesty in revealing what to do after the coat is done.Upon collecting the Car, we are satisfied with the work done by them. Had waited for 2 weeks for my appointment date as they handled max 2 cars per day. Nice & Clean facilities. Had done partial PPF & Ceramic coating for my ride. The completed car was better than my expectation. Workmanship was good for the PPF & Their nanonix ceramic was impeccable. They are open on every Sunday which u can drop by, view their facilities & View the cars they are working on & Chat on their various packages. They will give advice on maintenance of the car & Give 100% Assurance if there is any short comings.

Installed Magnus Pro PPF on my new vehicle. Good quality product, workmanship, and customer service. They took the time to do the job properly instead of rushing through from one vehicle to another. After installation customer service is excellent as they stand by their workmanship if there's any issue. Would recommend these folks for those who look to install PPF for their vehicles.

Did their Magnus Pro Paint Protection Film and was impressed by the results. Although it pricey, but seeing my car so shiny and glossy makes the money well spent. Had a minor bump on my front bumper but the film took all the hit, thus saving me from a paint job.
