I used their service to protect the paint of my new car. Before that, I hv also looked and visited a couple other places - some of the so called 'top 10 ceramic coatings in Singapore'. Thanks to Michael, he gave excellent explanation & recommendation, yet not like a hard sell salesman. After finishing, I picked up the car the next day, and explained what the car had gone thru, and how to maintain it. Great job guys.. Evan was attentive, and listened to my needs in protecting my car. Most groomers only want to push you packages and stuffs yet I find that Evan was more of a listener, listen to my needs and my budget and which parts I wanted to protect with ppf and which part I wanted ceramic coating.In the end I picked their bonnet ppf and Diamond ceramic coating package. I sat there and observed and oh my were they attentive to every detail. By doing only 1-2 cars a day, they are able to pay extra attention to my car. This was unlike my previous experience at another groomer where they were rushing around like headless chicken. This gives GK Detailing a very premium feel and felt that although they are pricier, it is worth every single cent of my money!I drove off a happy customer, and will highly recommend to my friends and family.Like what Evan says, how low a price can you go and how much work is done? If a groomer quotes a lower price, it doesn't matter as workmanship is most important to me! I'm willing to pay for quality, rather than for the sake of having a coating done.Thank you very much Evan and team for the work on my car and hope I didn't affect you guys by standing around looking at you guys working on my car! - Ah Mui Tan
